Instructions
chop the ingredients.
add onion, garlic and ginger into a big pot and start to fry it until the onions are glazed.
put in the rest of the ingredients and let it cook on low heat for 30 mins.
put it in a food processor and mix it.
taste it and add some seasoning that you are missing.
